"Ash-Graven Drinking Horn" is a Catalyst introduced in the version 5.0 event, and if you happen to miss it, there's no need to worry because, honestly, it’s not a Catalyst worth pursuing.
It provides an HP% stat, which can be useful for some characters, but the downside is its passive effect, which is quite underwhelming. Every 15 seconds, the character automatically performs an AoE attack based on their HP%, which adds very little damage for a DPS and doesn’t offer much utility for a Support character, who would generally prefer something that enhances their supporting abilities. In short, it's a rather mediocre weapon.
