Wanderer (or Scaramouche) is a character that excels as Main DPS Anemo, either as a Hyper Carry or as an Anemo Enabler on the battlefield. He's a character with very good damage and very versatile since he can lead most of the best teams in Genshin Impact like Nationals, Permafrost, Taser, …etc.
