Anemo
CatalystSucrose is a highly recommended 4-star character and without a doubt one of the best Anemo characters in Genshin Impact, although it's true that Kazuha is slightly better (Kazuha is a god, what can we do about it).
She provides incredible support to her teams because she has excellent energy generation, can gather enemies, and the best part is that she offers an interesting Elemental Mastery bonus to the group based on her own Elemental Mastery. Therefore, she is a very interesting character in teams where Elemental Reactions play a significant role (which is quite common).
Moreover, she delivers good damage through her whirlwinds and can serve as either a Main DPS Enabler or Support DPS, which gives her incredible versatility.

Sucrose Support & Main DPS
Sucrose can work perfectly as a Main DPS and a Support DPS using the same Build, basically we want to build her with all the Elemental Mastery she might have. In compositions where she's the Main DPS, she fulfills the role of Enabler Anemo while providing great support to her teammates.
