Noelle is a 4-star character that is extremely F2P-friendly, as players can obtain her at the beginning of the game. She is a Geo character with fascinating potential, capable of fulfilling the crucial role of the Main DPS for a team. In fact, she functions as a Hyper Carry.
Despite being a 4-star character, Noelle is incredible (especially if you have her at C6), delivering substantial damage with her normal attacks. This is especially true when her Elemental Burst is activated, imbuing her attacks with Geo, amplifying their damage, and significantly extending their range. Moreover, she can create a shield to protect herself and her teammates, while also providing healing to the team during her attacks. This makes her a versatile character, serving as a Tank, DPS, and Healer simultaneously – a truly remarkable combination.
Nevertheless, it's true that there are many 5-star Main DPS characters that can outperform her in terms of damage. However, this doesn't diminish Noelle's value, as she remains an excellent character with incredible potential.
