Hydro
SwordNilou is a character that specializes in Bloom comps as Bloom will greatly increase the damage this Elemental Reaction deals and greatly speed up the time it takes for Dendro Seeds to explode. The only condition is that Nilou will only be able to have teammates Dendro and Hydro on her team, which is ideal in this type of composition anyway and therefore not that annoying; anyway, Anemo's presence in her teams is missing. Of course she's a must have for Bloom teams.

We want her to have as much Health as possible since the higher she has this stat, the more damage her Bloom specials will do. It's important that she isn't the one to activate Bloom's Elemental Reactions (a partner with a lot of Elemental Mastery should do it in her stead) unless she has huge amounts of Elemental Mastery (which is quite complicated if we base the Build on putting all the Life we can into it, which in the end is the most optimal).
