Mualani is the first featured 5-star character introduced in version 5.0 of Genshin Impact, and she is a powerful Hydro DPS who, like other Natlan characters, utilizes the new Nightsoul mechanic.
She can summon a type of shark that she uses as a surfboard (great for exploration), and it marks enemies before delivering a massive Hydro strike. Mualani is the classic Main DPS who may not show many numbers on the screen, but when she does, they're quite significant.
She is highly recommended for Vape teams (with her being the one to trigger the Vaporize reaction, of course) to deal even more damage thanks to the bonus from this Elemental Reaction.

Mualani Main DPS
Mualani is a character whose damage scales with HP, so avoid adding Attack stats. It's important to note that although her primary source of damage comes from her Elemental Skill, the damage dealt while riding her shark surfboard is considered Normal Attack damage.
Of course, her Nightsoul mechanic should also be taken into account when building her kit.
