Anemo
ClaymoreLan Yan is an incredible 4-star character, and honestly, it's rare to come across something like this in Genshin Impact, so you know what that means.
Why is she so good? Well, first of all, she provides an extremely durable shield (watch out Zhongli, your spot might be at risk), and it can be refreshed so easily that you can practically keep it up indefinitely.
But if that were all, I wouldn’t be saying she’s that good. In addition to being an excellent Sustain character, she also offers great support to her team. Like most Anemo characters, she can group enemies together, reduce elemental resistances with the Viridescent Venerer set, and, since she wields a Catalyst, she can equip some fantastic Catalysts to further enhance her support (we’ll cover her best Catalysts/Weapons below, as usual).

To top it off, building her couldn’t be easier. That said, I hope you’ve saved a few ATK% pieces from the Viridescent Venerer set, because you’re definitely going to need them.
