Cryo
SwordKaeya is a good character in Genshin Impact for having good passive damage off the field through her Elemental Burst and for generating a lot of energy. She's also got a very decent Normal Attack scaling for a 4 star character. However, he's somewhat unused by the presence of other very powerful Cryo characters that overshadow him.
