Fischl is a tremendous character due to his good energy generation and his good passive damage (although Single Target) off the field, in C6 he greatly improves performance since he'll apply a massive amount of Electro, becoming the best Electro Enabler in the game. He especially stands out as Support DPS in Taser and Dendro compositions; as Main DPS he isn't as viable.

In this build of Fischl, the key is maximizing Oz's damage as it's an incredible passive and off-field damage source. You can focus her more on pure damage or give it a touch more Support with the Tenacity of the Millelith set, I prefer the latter option, but the former is also very valid.
