Blizzard Strayer is undoubtedly one of the best Artifact Sets in Genshin Impact and is specialized in greatly enhancing the damage and potential of Cryo characters, whether they are Main DPS or Support DPS, as the requirement to take advantage of it is that enemies are affected by Cryo or Frozen (the Elemental Reaction of Hydro + Cryo).
